When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, area of interest and the information you include in your message. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand the capability or service you are asking about, take steps at your request before entering into a contract, administer any resulting professional relationship, maintain appropriate business records and protect the security and integrity of our services.

Who receives the information

Information may be available to authorised Testing Academy and CEREARK Group personnel and to approved service providers that support website hosting, form processing, communications, security or professional administration. Our website is hosted on Netlify and the enquiry form uses Netlify's form-processing service. We do not sell personal information.

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we expect the relevant contractual or other lawful safeguards to be used.

How long we keep information
